Original Comedy Opens at Linkville Playhouse
Written and directed by Erin Barker, the Klamath Falls production runs May 15–30
KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — Linkville Playhouse will open its newest production this weekend with A Changed Person, an original dramatic comedy written and directed by local artist Erin Barker.
The play opens Friday, May 15, at 7:30 p.m. at Linkville Playhouse, located at 201 Main Street in Klamath Falls. Performances are scheduled to run through May 30.
A Changed Person follows a group of people searching for something missing in their lives who visit a psychic medium for an astral projection workshop. When the experience goes sideways, the participants return to the wrong bodies and must find a way to set things right.
Along the way, the characters are forced into a very literal version of walking in someone else’s shoes, learning unexpected lessons about themselves, each other, and the assumptions they carry.
The production is described as an original dramatic comedy that blends humor, self-discovery, and a touch of the supernatural.
Barker is well known in the Klamath Basin as a musician and performer, and A Changed Person brings one of her original stories to the Linkville Playhouse stage.
The cast includes Crystal Muno, Evelyn Garringer, Aidan Coe, LeRae Hunt, Tony Lozzetti, Zack Wanzer, and Mat Landsiedel.
Tickets are available at Poppy on Main.
