Oregon State Police are investigating two separate fatal crashes that occurred earlier this week on highways in Lake County and Josephine County. The incidents, reported on January 8, resulted in two fatalities and involved single-vehicle rollovers under differing circumstances.

Two Klamath Falls residents were killed Wednesday in a rollover crash on Highway 140E after a passing attempt triggered a collision, according to Oregon State Police.

Two teens from Eagle Point were killed and two others critically injured in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning on Highway 140. Oregon State Police say speed and impairment were contributing factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.
