Oregon State Police responded to a three-vehicle crash Tuesday evening on Highway 38 that left one driver dead and another injured. The highway was closed for several hours during the investigation.

A Roseburg man was arrested after investigators determined a suspected overdose victim in the Green District had purchased fentanyl from him shortly before his death, according to DINT.

More than $28 million in federal funding will support new wildfire-mitigation projects across Oregon.
