The Miss Klamath County Scholarship Competition returns to the Ross Ragland Theater this Saturday for the first time in over a decade. The event will feature 15 contestants competing for titles that advance to Miss Oregon, along with scholarship opportunities, performances, and community mentorship programs.

Oregon Tech has received a $500,000 gift from the Beavers Charitable Trust to support workforce development within the university’s new Construction Management program. The funding will provide scholarships and expand the program’s Heavy Construction Management option.

The Oregon Tech Foundation has awarded more than $1.1 million in scholarships for the 2025–26 academic year, marking the fourth straight year of million-dollar support for students. The awards recognize academic achievement, financial need, and donor commitment to Oregon Tech’s mission.
