Oregon Paddle Permit Now in Effect Statewide, Draws Pushback

Oregon’s expanded Waterway Access Permit requirement is now in effect for all nonmotorized boats, including kayaks, paddleboards, rafts, canoes and inflatable versions regardless of length.
